my first custom??? ... working in progress...

In the past, I have made in very clear, that customs is not my thing. I don't have a very good reason as to why, so I guess I will chalk it up to being that my love for all original My Little Ponies, heavily outweighed any desire for customs. That being said, I also have a ton of G3's that I have accumulated being as I just can't leave behind a pony find when I see one, even though I don't collect G3's and I also have a ton of custom pony hair left over from our pony meet tutorials. So I thought, hey, I'm going to give it a go and see what i come up with...and so far....I love it! I'm having so much fun doing my first custom. Being new to rehairing anything, I have so far spent hours rerooting my custom and have only finished the front half of her mane. I'm still not entirely sure of what my vision for er is yet, but here is a picture to share of my work so far...
